Shipping policy
Retail Customers
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) with the exception of custom orders and products that are made-to-order. If additional processing time is required, then it will be noted on the product page.
We have two shipping options: Standard and Expedited. Standard orders will be shipped by UPS Ground service, USPS Ground or USPS First Class (if available). Expedited orders will be shipped via "Priority Mail" by the USPS and delivered within 1-3 business days of the ship date.
Gift Options
Purchasing items for someone else? No problem. Simply enter the recipient's name and address into the Shipping Address fields during checkout. We can also sign and send greeting cards directly to the recipient for you. Simply choose the YES option on the greeting card product page and you'll be prompted to enter your custom message and signature. Please note that a separate order is required for each recipient/shipping address.
Ship From
Most orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Los Angeles County, California with the exception of items that are shipped directly and require special packaging.
Ship To
We currently ship to addresses located in the United States only. Orders with Post Office Box addresses will be shipped by the USPS via First Class or Priority Mail. International shipping will be available soon!
Multiple Packages
Your order may arrive in multiple packages (without additional shipping costs) if a product requires special packaging or is out-of-stock (back-ordered). Although we do our best to keep our website updated with accurate inventory information, there may be a time when you purchase an item through our website that is out-of-stock. In the event that this happens, we will ship all items together if the back-ordered item is scheduled to be restocked within 2-3 days. If the back-ordered item will not be restocked within 2-3 days, then we will ship the remaining items immediately and ship the back-ordered item separately when it has been restocked.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
To simplify shipping and handling charges, we organize costs by the dollar amount of your order before discounts are applied. Please note that these charges apply per recipient address. The shipping charge will be visible during the checkout process after you enter your shipping zip code. We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 up to $500 with a delivery address in the contiguous United States. Flat discounted shipping rates apply on U.S. orders that are $500 or more (plus custom taxes and fees if international).
Additionally, we offer Free Shipping and discounts periodically to account holders, email subscribers and social followers as a special thank you. If you're not already on the list, you can subscribe at the bottom of this page for these loyalty perks, discount codes and other exclusives.
Wholesale Customers
There are two ways to order: on Faire or directly through us. Regardless of your purchase method, most orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days via USPS Ground, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. If you have a large order or multiple locations, then we will contact you directly to confirm the processing time and estimated ship date.
Most orders are prepared and shipped from our location in Los Angeles County, California with the exception of items that are shipped directly and require special packaging. The shipping rate is assessed and charged when the order is packaged and shipped.
We currently ship to addresses located in the United States only.
